Good Afternoon,

I hope this email finds you all well.  

Unfortunately, there has been some impropriety in the voting process for the junior representatives for Student Council.  It was reported that the form was hacked.  There will be a full investigation into this matter.  The voting will have to be rescheduled for a later time so there will be no voting during dinner this evening.

I want to apologize to the 12 students on the ballot, on behalf of the individual(s)who created this situation, whoever they are.  I know you were looking forward to hearing the outcome of the process by the weekend.  

I'm so disappointed!
