Fourth Floor Hall Captain

The Fourth Floor Hall Captain passdown involves three items, all of which are given to the person who is chosen to be Presidium Floor's hall captain their senior year. The three items are the Hall Captain Plaque, The Presidium Painting, and the Fourth Floor banner. The person that receives this passdown is often the one who will organize hall games and parties. All previous hall captains are written on the back of the banner.
